Raising money to fight breast cancer
In October 2007 and 2008 the MOMS Club of Southern Highlands sponsored the Flight of the Pink Flamingoes. To honor friends and loved ones who have fought breast cancer, Nicole headed up a gaggle of moms who delivered a flock of plastic pink flamingoes to lawns of neighbors living in Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, Nevada. The first pledge of at least $20 delivered a flock to a nominated target for four days. $20 more sends the flamingoes to the next home. Nicole will provide all the materials necessary to kickstart a Flight of the Pink Flamingoes campaign of your own. It's an outrageously funny event, a great prank, and a wonderful way to raise money to fight cancer.
